Today, on Doctors Day we express our heartfelt gratitude and acknowledge the dedication and commitment of the doctors’ towards our society. 1st of July is observed as the birth and death anniversary of the most famous physician of India Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy.
1) Dr Jayant Gandhi is a renowned ENT Surgeon. His desire for working towards the needs of the hearing impaired children encouraged him to form ‘Josh Foundation’ along with Ms Devangi Dalal. He aims to improve and empower hearing impaired children and adults. Over the years he had transformed numerous lives. His association with Ample Missiion is a valuable one in honouring the specially-abled heroes with ‘The Bharat Prerna Awards’.
2) Dr Roshan Shaikh – a true Braveheart who lost her both legs in a train accident is a proud Doctor from KEM Hospital. She fought her way to seek Medical Admission in spite of being rejected by the Medical Council. Today she is currently pursuing MD in Pathology from KEM. She is the dual winner of Ample Missiion’s Shoorveer 2016 and Bharat Prerna Awards 2017.
3) Dr Ravikant Singh is the Founder of ‘Doctors For YOU’ – a humanitarian, disaster relief and rescue organisation. He is the youngest recipient of the SAARC Award for Humanitarian Services. He is associated with Ample Missiion as a partner in various health-care and sanitation initiatives all over India like Bihar Flood relief, Mumbai Slum healthcare services and hygiene programs for teens in Bihar. Our Founder – Dr Aneel Kashi Murarka is a patron of this South Asia’s leading organisation.
